We created an ongoing inspiration session that focuses on a key innovation, consumer trend, or technology that the team could benefit from getting ahead of. Responsibilities included generating the topics (the Sharing Economy, Retail 2.0, and Thinking Editorially), designing the day’s outline including curating the best speakers, and devising group workshop activities to put all learnings and observations into action.
The result was an ongoing franchise that added tremendous value, context, and lateral thinking for the team, built relationships, and brought in new perspectives and opportunities. Communication, learnings, and outcomes were also shared through a bespoke app created specifically for the team to enjoy ongoing messaging around the series.
