A campaign to rebuild Converse's brand connection with US teenagers by positioning the Chuck Taylor as the ultimate vehicle for self-expression in a generation that refuses to be defined by a single identity.

"Today's teens don't have a single self — they have multitudes."

The insight came from observing how Gen Z approaches identity differently from every generation before them. They embrace multiple, sometimes contradictory facets of who they are and switch between them fluidly — skater in the morning, romantic in the afternoon, provocateur at night. They don't need to choose.

The Chuck Taylor has always belonged to every subculture at once. The campaign made that plurality explicit: Forever Chuck. For every you. Every teenager could find themselves in Chucks, because Chucks have always made room for everyone.

Deployed on YouTube and Snapchat and featuring influencers Cole Sprouse, Sabrina Carpenter, and Selah Marley, the campaign was extended through in-store and mall pop-up experiences that gave fans direct access to the brand.
